Sarah ‘Dolma’ Primus is a Reiki master, Massage Therapist, musician, producer, and songwriter, combining her passion in body work, Reiki, and other healing modalities with her intuitive approach to music, sound, and healing.  She creates unique and original music that provides meditative and healing results for her clients and fans. Her client base consists of individuals and companies who wish to attain a more centered, relaxed and balanced life. Who have the desire to  address the core causes of chronic pain and depression, as well as spiritual teachers and coaches who use her music to increase the power of their guided meditations and teaching tools.

Sarah is committed to assisting her clients and fans by sharing her message of personal healing through the treatments she gives, as well as the music she creates. A pianist since 1989, she began composing original music &  songs at a young age, inspired by the natural world around her.  It was the influential music heard while growing up, and the longing to explore her own spiritual evolution and her unique way of making a difference in the lives of others.  As a result, she’s now able to help individuals to gain access to their own personal connection and guidance within.

As the founding director of Cicada Sounds LLC and Synergy Institute, Sarah has fifteen years of experience in the field of healing arts, and twenty years of experience writing, recording, performing and producing music.

Cheri Abrams is an Educator, Certified Cupping Therapist, Advanced Practitioner in Therapeutic Massage, Reiki and Shiatsu, flautist, composer, multi-instrumentalist, and Martial Artist.  Becoming deeply committed into the world of martial arts brought about her interest in the alternative healing methods of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Shiatsu, and Massage Therapy.  For fifteen years she devoted her life to training in Ninjutsu and Kung Fu, for which she achieved a black belt level in both arts. To become a black belt level in Kung Fu, she had to learn basic TCM, (Traditional Chinese Medicine) and Shiatsu, which led Cheri to become a Massage Therapist, and a teacher for Space Coast Health Institute in Melbourne, Florida.

Purchasing an existing business she opened her own clinic, A Touch of Tranquility, which became a thriving healing practice. In 2002,  when a client needed treatment for some old injuries, but could not pay cash for the regular treatments he would need, he and Cheri agreed to barter their services. He was a gifted flute player and with  his expertise as a flutist and Cheri’s expertise in the holistic arts, they bartered with each other, trading massage for flute lessons.  In 2004, after meeting at the  Space Coast Health Institute where Cheri was still teaching, Sarah and Cheri began playing music together. They  started their own band, Manuka Honey.  As the needs of the band grew, so did Cheri’s instrument collection, soon picking up Alto Sax, Electric Cello, and violin to add depth to their music.

Throughout all the years of her healing practice, listening to just about every New Age, flute, world, classical, and easy listening cd on the market, it only seemed natural for Cheri to step into the genre.  Her first contribution was recording flute for a meditation CD, Connecting with All Life, for friend and client, Kumari Mullin. There collaborations continue to this day, and keep checking this site for announcements of new music.
