The Mindful Path Retreat

Are you wanting to go deeper in your meditation practice?

Do you have trouble quieting your mind?

Led by Scott L. Treatman, DO, MPH and Joy Melton MA, EdS, CHC

This 4-hour retreat is an opportunity for meditators and spiritual seekers to experience a variety of formal practices of mindfulness meditation. Except for a closing conversation, the retreat is held in noble silence with leaders Scott & Joy guiding the meditations.
